Alex – a very well connected real estate agent who is passionate about Nanaimo real estate and the lifestyle it provides families. With his unique ability to connect emotional and driven clients together to build the right deal. Every day he leverages his background with degrees in Project Management and Marketing – he has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes.

Born and raised in Ukraine, he moved to British Columbia to build his own real estate businesses and purchase rental properties across BC. When asked what he loves about the local real estate, he had this to say: “I believe in what I sell and I fell in love with this place so much that I have invested in this community. What I love about my work is that it challenges me to grow to be better, and to connect my clients with truly unique properties and investments.”

British Columbia is his passion and first home in Canada since 2009. He has made his first real estate investments and grew his rental business in the area. Shortly after Alex realized he absolutely loves the process of buying and selling homes as a client; all the emotions during negotiations, fear of risks, and joy that goes along every transaction; unique research of every single property and its history excited him. He treats every purchase or sale of his investment properties as a big project with its small business plan.

Today, he currently lives in Nanaimo with his wife and two adorable Canadian-Ukrainian-Brazilian twin daughters and a rambunctious Golden Retriever puppy. When not working or playing with his kids, he is out riding his bike and living an active lifestyle Vancouver Island can provide.
